Chitose Stargate Terms of Service

Regardless of your country of residence, the Chitose Stargate User Agreement includes the following, and by using the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Who may use the Services Only males and females on the planet may use the services of the Chitose Stargate, and you must be at least 13 years old to use the services.

2. Privacy Our Privacy Policy describes how the information you provide to us is handled when you use our Services. You understand that by using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of this information, including the transfer of this information to the United States or other countries for storage, processing and use by The Chitose Stargate and its affiliates.

3. Content of the Services You are responsible for your use of the Services and any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations. You should only provide content that can be shared with others. Use of or reliance on any content or materials posted through the Services or available to you through the Services is at your own risk. We do not endorse, support, represent or warrant the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of any content or communications posted through the Services, nor do we endorse any opinions expressed through the Services. You understand that by using the Services, you may be exposed to content that is objectionable, harmful, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate, or in some cases mislabeled or deceptive postings. All content is the sole responsibility of the person who created it. We may not monitor or control content posted through the Services, and we assume no responsibility for such content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates the User Agreement, including, for example, infringement of copyright or trademark rights or other intellectual property misappropriation, counterfeiting, illegal acts or harassment. If you believe that your Content has been copied in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please report it by visiting our Copyright Reporting User and we will remove it immediately. Your Rights to Content and Grant of Rights You retain the right to any Content submitted, posted or displayed on or through the Services. Your content is your content - you own it (and your combined audio, photos and videos are considered part of the content). By submitting, posting or displaying Content on or through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, reproduce, duplicate, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods now known or later developed (for clarity, these rights include, for example, curation, conversion and translation). This license authorizes us to make your Content available to the rest of the world, and allows others to do the same. You agree that this license includes Chitose Stargate's right to provide, promote and improve the Services and to make available to other companies, organizations or individuals content submitted through or via the Services for syndication, broadcast, distribution, retransmission, promotion or publication of such content in other media and services, subject to our terms and conditions for use of such content. Such additional use by Millennium Stargate or other companies, organizations or individuals will not pay you any compensation for content you provide, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Services as a result of your use of the Services hereby agrees and is full compensation for the Content and the rights granted herein. Chitose Stargate has an evolving set of rules for how ecosystem partners interact with content on the Services. These rules exist to enable an open ecosystem and keep your rights in mind. You understand that we may modify or adapt your content as we and our partners distribute, syndicate, publish or broadcast it, and/or make changes to your content to adapt that content to different media. You represent and warrant that you own or have been granted all rights, licenses, consents, permissions, powers and/or permissions necessary to grant the rights granted herein for any Content that you submit, post or display on or through the Services. You agree that such Content will not contain material that is subject to copyright or other proprietary rights, unless you have the necessary licenses or are otherwise legally entitled to post the material and grant said licenses to Chitose Stargate.

4. Use of the Services

Our Services are constantly evolving. As a result, we may, at our discretion, change the Services from time to time. We may discontinue (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services or any features of the Services to you or to users in general. We also reserve the right to restrict access and storage at any time in our sole discretion. We may also remove or refuse to distribute any content on the Services, restrict the distribution or visibility of any content on the Services, suspend or terminate users, and withdraw user names without liability to you. In consideration of the rights granted to you by Chitose Stargate to access and use the Services, you agree that Chitose Stargate and its third party providers and partners may place advertisements on the Services or otherwise in connection with the display of content or information on the Services (whether submitted by you or by you). You also agree not to misuse our Services, for example, by interfering with or using methods other than the interface and instructions we provide to access or use our Services. Chitose Stargate will not disclose personally identifiable information to third parties except in accordance with our rules. We strongly urge you not to post your personally identifiable information on the Chitose Stargate website. Your Account You may be required to create an account in order to use some of our services. You are responsible for protecting your account, so please use a password with strong security and limit its use to that account. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by your failure to comply with the above. Your Permission to Use the Services Chitose Stargate provides you with a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the Software provided to you as part of the Services. The sole purpose of this license is to enable you to use and enjoy the benefits of the Services provided by Chitose Stargate in the manner permitted by these Terms. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of the United States and other countries. Nothing in these Terms gives you the right to use the Chitose Stargate name or any Chitose Stargate trademarks, logos, domain names, other distinctive brand features and other proprietary rights. The Services and all rights, titles and interests therein (excluding user-provided content) will remain the exclusive property of Chitose Stargate and its licensors. Any feedback, comments or suggestions you may provide regarding Chitose Stargate or the Services are entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments or suggestions as we see fit without any obligation on your part. Termination of these Terms You may terminate your legal agreement with Chitose Stargate at any time by deleting your account and discontinuing your use of the Services. We may suspend or terminate your account or stop providing you with all or part of the Services at any time for any or no reason, including, but not limited to, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that. (1) you have violated these Terms or the Chitose Stargate Rules and Policies. (2) You create a risk or possible legal exposure for us. (3) Your account should be deleted due to unlawful conduct. (4) That your account should be deleted due to prolonged inactivity. (5) The services we provide to you are no longer commercially viable.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

your access to and use of the services or any content is at your own risk. You understand and agree that the Services are provided to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis. "Chitose Stargate Entities" means Chitose Stargate, its parents, affiliates, associates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, partners and licensors. without limiting the foregoing, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the chitose Stargate entities disclaim all warranties or conditions, whether express or implied, of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. the chitose Stargate entities make no warranties or representations and shall not be liable for. (i) the completeness, accuracy, availability, timeliness, security or reliability of the Services or any Content. (ii) Any damage to your computer system, loss of data or other damage resulting from your access to or use of the Services or any Content. (iii) The deletion or failure to store or transmit any Content and other communications maintained by the Services. (iv) Whether the Services will meet your requirements or be available for uninterrupted, secure or error-free use. no advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from millennium Stargate entities or through the services shall create any warranty or representation not expressly made herein.

6. General We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will not be retroactive, and the most recent version of the Terms will govern our relationship with you. We will attempt to notify you of material revisions through, for example, service notifications or emails associated with your account. By continuing to access or use the Services after these revisions are effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us.
